I’m in my 40′s, with a voracious sexual appetite, and I believe our minds are our largest sexual organs.  Those are things that you can read about on any of my blog posts, or my site profiles.  If you have the “sensuous vs strict” question hovering in your mind in regards to me, then you’ll find that this post will either clear that up, or make it even murkier. ~soft laugh~  Otherwise, I wanted to devote this page to things that you won’t find about me elsewhere.  I want it to serve as a glimpse of the “real Ms Claire”,  so to speak.

Truth be told, everything you can read about me via this blog or the sites *is* the real Ms Claire.  While I enjoy role play, I don’t play a character. I am, quite simply, just me, and that is who my callers get…me.

I decided to join the LDW team of Mistresses as an outlet and expression for some of that appetite that I expressed above.  I am a single parent of two sons…one of whom is married and in college…and I devote myself to my son still at home, and to my businesses.   So the connection I form with my callers and the power exchange is a very pleasing and satisfying one for me.

I live in Indiana, and plan to remain here for the next handful of years.  I’m self employed, working in the field of Internet Marketing, and have been for over 7 years.  Working for yourself, especially from home,  definitely has advantages and disadvantages.  I chose to focus on the advantages, and jokingly say that I live at work vs working from home.

I volunteer with youth activities associated with my teenage son, and I also do volunteer work as an advocate for children who have been declared to be in need of services by the Court system.  While I’d not go so far as to say that I enjoy it…because I think it is tragic that the need for such a program exists…I do like knowing that I can make a difference.  My personal philosophy is that each of us has an obligation to try to make the world a better place.

As detailed here, I started off in the realm of power exchange as a submissive.  I am glad that my path took the route that it did.  I now know what it is like to soar in subspace, as well as being the person monitoring the flight, hands on the control panel.  Both experiences were necessary, I think, for me to become who I am.  And I like who I am, imperfections and all.  I’m at an age where I tend to take things in stride, and just flow with life.  It’s too short to do otherwise.

I love to read, and to learn new things.  I can get lost for hours, teaching myself a new software program, or fine tuning the skills that I already have.  I very much enjoy growing flowers, and working on my never-ending landscaping projects.  I also am a DIY’er, and always have a home improvement project in the works.  I’m a rabid Dallas Cowboys fan, and love college hoops.   I also root for the Pacers in the NBA, and IU in college football.  The latter is somewhat of an exercise in futility, but hope springs eternal.

I also very much enjoy personal growth, and I have enough self help books to stock a small library.  I am drawn to the study of healing energies, affirmations, and the power of not only striving for a mindset of positive energy, but of putting that energy back out into the universe as well.  I meditate, and work on my focus, as it is in my nature to want to sample some of everything that life offers, and I have to keep myself in tight rein at times.   But have no fear, I am an adept multi-tasker, and I can keep you in rein at the same time.  ~winks~

Someone in my “real” life once said to me that I am a study in contrasts, and I think that is a very apt statement.  I’m comfortable in a wide variety of situations, and with a wide variety of people in any number of social situations. I find people overall to be intriguing, and I love conversing with them, drawing them out, and hearing their story.  I also like to be at home, enjoying a quiet glass of wine by the fire pit outside, listening to the sounds of nature, and just being at peace.
